Radu TUDORAN

Since 1997, Radu Tudoran holds a degree in Law from the University “Lucian Blaga” of Sibiu. He is member of the Sibiu Bar and of the National Association of the Romanian Bars. Radu specializes in a wide variety of litigation. He’s solid practice in this area includes a broad range of civil and commercial litigations, including contract disputes, suits relating to purchase and sales of businesses, real estate disputes, and incidents related to the enforcement procedure, administrative law, intellectual property and corporate law. Radu Tudoran regularly represents a substantial number of major corporate clients in a variety of industries about litigation prevention and related topics. In addition, Radu’s practice focuses on granting legal assistance and representing clients before Romanian arbitration courts. Radu is also a specialist in labor law, advising major domestic and international corporations on various legal issues. He is also involved in various insolvency and reorganization procedures.

Dragos Stan

In 2008 he graduated the Faculty of Law „Simion Barnutiu” in Sibiu and in 2010 achieved a master’s degree in “Penal science” within the same faculty. Since 2009 he has been a member of Sibiu Bar and since 2012 has been working as a lawyer within SUCIU & Associates. He is specialized in penal law and criminal proceedings law, offering counseling services in all the stages of the criminal trial, in case of crimes stipulated in the Penal Code and in special laws (organized crime, corruption, computer crime, crime in labour and protection at work, tax evasion). Legal counseling services in civil, commercial and administrative law are also offered.

ANDREI ARDELEAN
Andrei has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, and since 2022 he has been a member of the Sibiu Bar Association and a collaborating lawyer at SCA SUCIU&Asociații.
His area of activity covers various branches of civil law, enforcement, but also criminal law. In this regard, Andrei chose to attend the Master's program "Criminal Sciences" at the Faculty of Law of the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, where he focused particularly on the study of the special procedure for the criminal liability of legal entities.
In the exercise of his profession, he assists and represents the clients rigorously both in courts of law and before public institutions, also providing legal advice on certain aspects prior to the initiation of legal proceedings.

SARAH MICLEA
After graduating from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu - Faculty of Law, Sarah has specialized in "Criminal Sciences" achieving her master’s degree, and from 2020 she is a member of Sibiu Bar and associate within SCA SUCIU&Asociatii.
Her professional activity consists in assistance and representation in different litigations and also in front of public and private institutions. The fields she pratices target civil and criminal law and legal counseling refering to the proceedings based on European Convention on Human Rights. Foreign languages: English and French
