Graduating in 2003 from the Faculty of Law “Babes Bolyai” University of Cluj Napoca, Alexandru Suciu has continued his studies by obtaining a master’s degree in business law and then Ph.D. in law with the study “Procedural pleas in the New Civil Procedure Code”.

Member of Sibiu Bar Association starting with 2004, he was an associate and then a partner within SUCIU & Asociatii. In 2010 he was appointed arbitrator at the International Commercial Arbitration Court within the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In 2020 he has been elected dean of Sibiu Bar. He is specialized in private and public law litigations, insolvency, and also he provides counselling services in civil, commercial, corporate, and administrative law.

Member of the Sibiu Bar Association since 2008, Iuliana Ciocan worked as associate attorney at SCA Suciu & Associates until 2020, when she was promoted as partner in the law firm. She got her bachelor’s degree from `Lucian Blaga` University of Sibiu, having graduated in 2006. She continued her professional education with two master’s degrees in “Criminal Sciences” (completed in 2008) and “Romanian Private Law Institutions” (completed in 2009).
In 2017 she has obtained a Ph.D. in Law, a title obtained after successfully defending her thesis: ‘Appeal against enforcement or levy of execution.` Starting with the 2020-2021 academic year, Iuliana Ciocan is also an associate professor at the Faculty of Law within “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu. Her professional experience includes both the field of private law and public law, aiding and representing clients in litigation, as well as consulting in civil law, family law, administrative law, judicial enforcement of court awards and others. She also specializes in matter regarding associations and foundations.
